Corn syrup solids are available with a DE range
from 20 to 42, and starch products include native
and natural starches and well as modified starches.
We have a comprehensive selection of modified
starches that include basic cook-up starches, pregel
instant starches for cold-swelling applications,
and highly specific starches for plating applications,
acid environments, and texture modification. A
variety of corn, wheat, and rice flours are also
available. Applications include meat and poultry,
bakery and snack, beverage and confection, dairy,
and gravy and sauce applications.
